My role is to find and show you what you want in the price range you’ve specified and represent your best interests. This is my priority and my commitment to you throughout the buying process.

2. Get Pre-Qualified

This is where you discover (many times as a pleasant surprise) how much you can afford by speaking with your financial institution's representative and determining what monthly payments will work for you.

3. Shop for Property

Every available method for locating a home, lot or other property that matches your search parameters comes into play. This will include properties listed with our office, offered through other real estate companies, as well as unlisted properties.

 Count on disclosure of all known facts about the property that are likely to affect your decision. When we find the property that meets your criteria, I will assist you in writing an offer and act as a liaison between you and the seller.

Expect state-of-the-art methods to keep you informed every step of the way. This important advantage helps you transition easily to your new property. It also paves a solid path for successful real estate transactions that yield maximum results for you.

I can be your advance scout and real estate guide to market values, locations, buying tips and search criteria. Remember that you are not limited to the selections in my listings: I can sell any property listed by any Realtor. I offer resources and buyer support for newly built homes, as well as houses for resale.

As a buyer’s agent, I give you all the facts, good and bad. While the selling agent can't tell you some things that would be detrimental to the sale of a piece of real estate, as a buyer’s agent, I can. Most importantly, I do.

About financing...

I can also help you with your financing alternatives. Having your financing in place before you make an offer on a property gives you more negotiating power. If you have a relationship with a bank or mortgage company, I can work with you and your lending institution toward pre-qualifying you.
